Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: Generally, 5–7+ years in corporate travel, including familiarity with corporate travel policies and online booking tools (OBT).
  • Technology: Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Apollo, or Galileo.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of airfares, hotel, and car rental, including international, rail, and visa/passport requirements.
  • Skills: Strong written/oral communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Education: A high school diploma is standard; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex, last-minute, and multi-leg travel arrangements.
  • Applying negotiated corporate rates and policies to bookings.
  • Utilizing GDS to book, ticket, and process cancellations.
  • Providing high-touch support for VIP clients.
