Key Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Generally, 5–7+ years in corporate travel, including familiarity with corporate travel policies and online booking tools (OBT).
- Technology: Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Apollo, or Galileo.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of airfares, hotel, and car rental, including international, rail, and visa/passport requirements.
- Skills: Strong written/oral communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Education: A high school diploma is standard; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managing complex, last-minute, and multi-leg travel arrangements.
- Applying negotiated corporate rates and policies to bookings.
- Utilizing GDS to book, ticket, and process cancellations.
- Providing high-touch support for VIP clients.
