Travel Agent- Air Specialist- SABRE GURU
TRAVEL STAFFING GROUP has an amazing opportunity for someone with strong Sabre skills to work for a growing Travel Company located in NYC. This position is REMOTE, however the candidate must LIVE in the Tri-state area.(NY, NJ, CT). The company is in the process of building their Air Team, so this person would be the main, “Go To” person. They work with high yield First and Business Class tickets, as well as private jets.
Here are some of the additinnal highlights:
- Candidate should have 10-20+ years of experience in Sabre, with excellence in the following areas:
- Issue tickets, refunds, exchanges
- Manage queues
- Build client profiles
- Fluency and understanding of fare rules
- ability to train others on the team
- Flexible working hours, with willingness to work on weekends (when needed)
- Prefer a candidate with managerial and training experience. The ultimate goal is for them to lead our Air Department.
